We are looking for a VERY clean flatmate to share a truly clean apartment.
The place that you can call home, instead of a bedroom you just crash on and it's definitely not a party house! Someone who truly appreciates the friendly atmosphere in the house and the place that feels like home.
It will be highly appreciated if you can write a few words about yourself (age, nationality, profession etc.) in the enquiry email as we are looking for someone who is gonna fit in the flat instead of just filling up the empty room.
Great location less than 10 min walk from Victoria Tube/Train station or 7 min Sloane Square Tube station, Battersea Power Station Tube is around 20 min away.
It's NOT council estate but a private building, truly clean and safe with CCTV cameras.
The room is bright and fully furnished with a good storage: 2 double wardrobes and a set of drawers, double bed with the storage space underneath in a nice and clean 2nd floor property, 5 min away from Victoria Coach Station, less than 10 min walk (Victoria line, District and Circle line), 7 min walk to Sloane Square Tube Station (District and Circle line) and beautiful Battersea Park across the Chelsea bridge.
There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and bars as well as shops. Sainsbury’s shop is just outside the building.
Share kitchen and bathroom with 2 professional girls from Poland.
Fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine/dryer, cooker, microwave, toaster, 2 fridges, juice blender etc.)
Bathroom includes a power shower above the tub.
There is no living room.
