A flatmate for a double room (only short term)

I am looking for a cheerful flatmate to share a two-bedroom flat with me.

About the room:
The main, large double room is spacious, bright, and modern. It is furnished with a king-sized bed, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe. The room offers a peaceful view of the private residency garden. Additionally, there is a well-sized, modern kitchen and a very clean bathroom that you would share with me. The apartment is fully serviced and offers amenities such as a fitness center and a private tennis court. It is conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from Pimlico station (Victoria line). Overall, I am confident that the flat, the neighborhood, and the residents are of high quality. Anyone would enjoy it.

About myself:
I am an independent, considerate, respectful, and extremely clean professional working in design near London Bridge. Currently, like most people, I am working from home 1 days per week.
My daily routine is quite simple.

No parties and no guests, please. Initially, I am renting this for a short term max until the 20th Dec.
