Double room in SW10 area - Short Let

Hello everyone.

I have a double room to rent for £450pm (short term let) 2months.

There is storage available in the hallway for you to place things and the room I will be placing you is the biggest room as it's a 1 bedroom.

I will need one months rent in advance.

The bedroom will include:

Double bed

Side table

Side table Lamp

Built in wardrobe

Mirror

Desk + chair

3-4mins from fulham Broadway station and David Lloyd gym, metro bank, Starbucks, sainsburys supermarket, boots, telecoms shops, wilko, cinema, nandos etc..

3mins from tesco and sainsburys expresses, a petrol station, kensington and Chelsea college and Chelsea Westminster hospital

5min walk to fulham broadway high road with loads of shops.

Shared bathroom and kitchen
No living room access

Looking for a clean, lovely and respected person, smoker allowed, No loud music after 10pm as it's a very quiet building.
