I'm renting this very big room, about 30 sq. m., on the first floor of a converted Victorian house for *SINGLE* occupancy. It is very light with bow windows, high ceiling and seagrass flooring.

The room is a self contained room with bed and sofa and is fully furnished with laundry equipment.

I'm looking for a pleasant person who will maintain a clean and tidy space + common parts that everyone can enjoy.

I'm a quiet professional and extremely respectful (privacy, noise, cleanliness, communication).

This is a home, not a shared student accomodation nor a cheap alternative to Airbnb, therefore am looking for someone who has similar values. Someone who has an independent life but do enjoy a drink and a chat from time to time.

This is not a party house, no couch-surfing, no hidden boyfriend/girlfriend. Thanks.
