Description
I am looking for 2 roommates (preferably females) to share this 4-bedroom flat in Earl’s Court.
The flat is unfurnished, freshly painted, and has new carpets . It features a spacious kitchen and lounge area. All bedrooms are the same size, though they are relatively small and each room comes with a built-in wardrobe. The flat is just a 5-minute walk from Earl’s Court station and 5-7 min to West Brompton station. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, organic veggie shop, Tesco Express and iconic Troubadour bar.
The rent is £650 per room, which includes all bills.
The contract is flexible with a rolling 28-day notice period. No smoking or pets are allowed; this is a guardianship property (also the reason why the price is so cheap). You need a valid DBS (which can be obtained within a few days via gov's website) and be in a full-time employment.
You will be sharing with
Karolina- a 32-year-old professional working in the music events industry and looking for a cosy place to call home. I'm easy-going, and value privacy for both myself and my housemates. I appreciate tidy, clean spaces and enjoy socialising occasionally over a cup of tea or a glass of wine. In my free time, I enjoy baking and cooking, taking long walks or biking trips in nature, and going for pilates classes.
Tamsin - a 39-year-old contemporary art curator. I find a cleaning rota helpful because I enjoy a clean home, and I’m open to finding ways to support a nurturing, caring household—perhaps with a weekly check-in or shared meal to stay connected and support each other. I spend several evenings a week at art events or meditating with my Buddhist community. Most mornings, I meditate and do yoga, and I cycle everywhere and love going for hikes. At home, I’m fairly quiet but also friendly and always up for a chat or a cup of tea. I really value creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
ABOUT YOU
I am seeking reliable, friendly professionals in their 30s/late 20s who are respectful of the property, can clean up after themselves, and can follow a cleaning rota!
You must be in a full-time employment (have at least £1650 monthly income), valid basic DBS.
Please be aware, that the bedrooms are really small and might not be suitable for those working from home full-time or appreciate bigger spaces. We have a spacious kitchen and dining area, so you are welcome to use it as a home office if needed. The price is a steal for 1 zone location!
If you think you’d be a good fit, please send me a direct message with a few lines about yourself. If you seem like a match, I will get back to you.
The viewings will take place on Tuesday 7th of Oct at 5pm, the move-in is expected at the beginning of November.
Thanks,
Karolina x
