One or two rooms available in a lovely, warm, bright flat near Earl's Court and West Brompton.

The rooms are 2.5m by 3m and have built-in wardrobes.

The flat has new carpets, storage space, a shower, and two toilets. There's a large kitchen and an adjoining living room/dining area, with lots of communal space.

A little bit about us: I'm Anna, an artist and careworker. Barry is an architectural drawing artist (CAD technician) and vintage car enthusiast.

Barry and I are friends and current housemates. We found the flat through Lowe (a property guardian company), and instantly loved it. The location is excellent – and the flat is warm, clean and gets good sunlight. It's also very close to the famous Troubadour cafe and music venue.

The reason we're advertising 2 rooms is that I may only stay for a month. If an individual, a couple, or a couple of friends want to take on both rooms, this is a possibility.

Another possible flatmate is Franco, a jazz musician and wine specialist.

Council Tax is Band D and is not included in the rent. We estimate it will cost around £53 a month if there are 3 flatmates, or £40 a month if there are three flatmates.

Bills are included in the £475 (the full price of the flat is £1500 + £100 bills per person).

If someone wants to take on two rooms (for example, one room as a study or studio), the price in total for both rooms, including bills would be £850.
