Earl's Court Flatshare

Would you be interested in a fab flat at Earl's Court, a minimum stay of one month – prefer longer, for relativity low rent?
As the recent flat holder / tenant, with another flatmate already – Anna, I'm hoping for one more to come on board.  All the room sizes are 2.5m x 3.1m plus built-in wardrobe, and I have the same sized room.  There's a large kitchen-living room / two toilets and potentially a lounge, too.  The building dates from the 1980s, with single glazing however it is extremly warm / flat is at ground floor.  Your residency would be subject to you providing your details to the property management company, plus signing an agreement – no fees / no deposit.  I look forward to hearing from you / please view the flat – is the best thing.  Btw, £650.00pcm would cover absolutely everything, except perhaps for WiFi..
