We’re offering a furnished double bedroom in our peaceful and inviting home located in Chelsea. Our home is perfectly tucked away near Fulham Broadway tube and Imperial Wharf train stations--both within walking distance and easily accessible by local buses.

We have a furnished double bedroom available for one person that comes with:
• Wooden flooring
• Built-in double wardrobes
• A comfy double bed
• A desk, chair, bookshelf, and a chest of drawers—everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Shared Spaces
You’ll enjoy access to the communal spaces, which include:
• A cosy garden
• A well-equipped kitchen
• A living room
• A bathroom and a separate toilet
We’re also open to occasionally sharing a meal together.

Parking
Street parking is available, and you’ll be eligible to purchase the RBKC Resident’s Parking Permit.

About Us and You
You’ll be sharing the home with a queer WOC couple. We value open communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect. We’d like a flatmate who’s tidy, considerate, and comfortable living in a pet-free diverse LGBTQ+ household.
To keep our home a peaceful and harmonious space, smoking, vaping, high-impact exercise, large gatherings, and weight training are kindly requested to take place outside the home.
