I have a double room available in South Kensington/Chelsea.

More interested in finding the right flatmate than the right rental amount.

5) Bedroom split-level with large balcony (bed up stairs with working or chill out are below) + additional double sofa bed if required.

9)AC (for the 3 days of summer we have each year!)
10) Good size kitchen with all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, blender, juicer, micro, self-cleaning oven, hob etc.)
11) Spacious living room with high ceiling self-cleaning floor and large bay windows.
12) Access to garden.

The flat is on the first floor, located in a tree lined street from a walking distance to the closest tube station of Earls Court (0. 5 miles or about 7-8min walk) and bus stops from either side of the street. It is also stones throwaway from the Fulham Road where you'll find numerous bars, restaurants, shops and local grocery stores.

The location is really fantastic with excellent transport links.
*Earls Court tube station which serves the Piccadilly, Circle and District Line. *Piccadilly line goes direct to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Journey time 40min exactly.
*There are many bus stops from where you can travel directly to all possible destinations: Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Oxford street, Piccadilly, Victoria etc..
