Large double Bedroom available in a lovely 3 bedrooms house metres away from the coolest street (Northcote Road) in Clapham Junction area. The neighbourhood is full of coffee shops, bars, pubs, deli shops, clothes shops, restaurants and late-night vibes. Co-op, Tesco, M&S, Whole Foods, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Asda not further than 10-15 min walk. Once the night is over and the sun shows up you can either walk 45 seconds to Wandsworth Common or 9 minutes to Clapham Common and make the most of any of these two beautiful green areas.
The house has a nice kitchen that includes a big fridge and a washing machine alongside other appliances such as toaster, sandwich toaster, blender, juice maker, Kettle and microwave. We have a small storage/cloakroom with a spare fridge and room for bicycles and electric scooters. A very big and full of natural light living room where you can enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus Video, BT and Sky (All the sports included) with an adequate sound system. A very spacious garden where we throw BBQs every time the sun shines up and when it doesn’t too. The ground floor also has a toilet in case the main bathroom is occupied (This comes in handy). And a reception room where you can fit a desk in case you need/have to work from home.
Your large double Room is on the first floor with the other two rooms and the bathroom. You can also find a big storage cabinet and access to the loft where space is not a problem in case you are in need of a massive storage facility.
You will be sharing this lovely place with two professional people, 25 and 30 years old. We like watching films, sports, cooking and share some time together, we are very easy going. We would like to share our house with a person that is willing to feel at home in the way we do.
