The apartment is currently occupied by myself (27 years, male) and another tenant (22 years, male), both working professionals in the city. Due to personal reasons, I am looking for someone to take over the existing rental contract from the landlord and to replace me in the apartment. The rental tenancy expires in August 2022, and is available to rent any time from Feb 2022 onwards. Both tenants (including yourself) will vacate the premises once the contract expires.
