We are Jess and Jeremy :) We met 8 years ago in Sydney, and have been living in London the last 4-5 years and loving it! I (Jess), am 34, Aussie, and work in HR in a tech company in East London. During the week you’ll find me scrolling (too much) TikTok, reading, playing sports, out for dinner with friends, or at the gym or trying out a fitness class. Jeremy is 34, Dutch, and works in marketing for a football club in North London. During the week, he is usually playing football, goes to the gym, out for dinner, watches the football (loves football if you can’t tell ;-D) and maybe watching the odd bit of Love Island or MAFS with me.

We’ve lived in this flat for almost 4 years, and our current flatmates for 2 years (who are sadly moving back to New Zealand!). We love this flat, it’s so well located (and great for closeness to Gatwick airport for holidays) and good value and a great landlord.

A bit more about us, I’d say we’re quite social but also quite chilled - love a chat but also get it if you just want to relax and be non verbal after a long day! We’d love to find a housemate(s) who are keen to treat the flat as a home together, and keen for the odd dinner or board game night :)

About the room:
Extra large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It comes furnished with a super king frame/mattress, two large sets of drawers, 1x built in closet, bedside tables and lamps, and clothes horse. It can easily fit an office corner for WFH, with room to spare.

About the flat:
- Two bedroom, two bathroom
- Separate kitchen, dining, and living room.
- Space for 2-3 remote working in living/dining rooms.

The location:
- St John’s Hill Road, above Wandsworth Common
- 10-12 minutes walk to Clapham Junction overground or 10 minutes bus to East Putney for the District Line
- Bus stop 1 mins walk
- On our street, local Sainsburys and restaurants
- 15 minutes walk in any direction will get you to Southside Shopping Centre (Waitrose, Sainsburys), LIDL, ASDA, Northcote Road (essentially the high street for Clapham Junction.

Rent and bills:
- £1,205 rent per month for master bedroom
- Bills £100-150 pp/month depending on whether a single person or couple takes the room (electricity, council tax, internet, water)
- No cleaner at the moment, but can be open to it.
