Luxury double room with private bathroom & balcony

I'm currently looking for a flatmate for a brand new apartment in Nine Elms.

Move-in date is mid/late May and the rent is £1700 a month (bills not included). It’s a modern, new-build 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with spacious rooms and great amenities. Your room comes with a private bathroom as well as access to the balcony.

The place itself has on-site facilities including a 24-hour concierge / residents team / fibre broadband / a fitness studio / a cinema room / a stylish resident lounge / a co-working space with private meeting rooms and a coffee machine.

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from both Battersea and Nine Elms tube stations. Located near Embassy Gardens, M&S, and Sainsbury's. Battersea shopping center and lots of great bars and restaurants are in the area. It's around 15 min walk to Battersea park.

I’m a 26 year old professional working in the tech industry, and spend most of my week working from home, with fairly frequent travel back to the US. I'm looking for someone who is respectful and tidy, and will take care of the shared living space. I enjoy occasional dinner parties or at-home socials as long as it's mutually agreed, so hoping to find someone with a similar mindset.
