Remaining housemates include:
- myself, 30 and travel internationally on a weekly basis for work (development)
- 26/27 yr old couple, Scottish/American, both work in office (teacher/software development)
- my labradoodle, Ted, does nil work, reaps all reward (full-time princess)
- as I travel often I tend to let my sister (21 midwife) use my room when I’m away

The house is laid out as bedrooms on the 1st and LG floors. En-suite attached to upper floor room, main bathroom (shared between two other bedrooms) on the LG with a bath shower. Utility room on the LG floor. Open plan kitchen/living/dining on the ground floor opening into the small but sunny communal rear garden.

We’re looking for someone who is looking for a quiet peaceful home, we’re not big party people, occasionally have friends round for drinks/coffees/dinner or watch a movie together and catch up. We’re not the house party type and appreciate a clean tidy space to come home to. We have a weekly cleaner who manages the communal areas and the shared LG bathroom.

The maximum length of tenancy is until April 30th 2025 as this is when our contract ends, happy to consider short lets too.

Rent advertised does not include bills, these vary slightly but are usually between 120-160£ additionally dependant on the heating bill variance for time of year. Council tax band F.
