I'm seeking replacement tenant due to job relocation over the summer, with existing lease running until September 1st. My roommate is also a student at UAL, and she will be traveling over most of the summer too, so you'll have the whole house to yourself while she's not here!

The flat has excellent travel connections, with approximately an 8 minute walk to Nine Elms Station, and 25 minutes tube ride to central London and all touristy areas. Big Sainsbury, Waitrose, and Chinese market all within 10 minutes walk; Battersea Power Station and Vauxhall are both 15 minutes away by bus! Most universities are within 30 minutes of tube travel (UCL, UAL, KCL, AA, etc), so it's perfect for summer school students!
