Spacious en-suite master room in a relaxed house

Our housemate Roxana has decided it's time to move in with her boyfriend - so it's time for us to find a new housemate to join our relaxed and friendly houseshare in Clapham.

The room is an ensuite double room on the first floor that has plenty of storage space. The house is more of a family home than your traditional London houseshare, with a great open kitchen that tends to be the focal point of the house, a cosy living room, a little garden that's great in the summer, and a shared spare room that functions as a study or space to put up guests on a blow up bed now and then.

We're all professionals with our own lives, but enjoy each others company too - Friday evening 'debriefs' are a regular thing in a local pub, as are cinema trips and brunch excursions.

Bills wise, we split up the responsibilities and all put what we've paid into Splitwise each month and settle up with each other. Currently the bills are roughly like this for the whole house:
Gas and Electric £220

Water £60
Council Tax £115
TV Licence £13
Cleaner £240 (4 hours per week, £15/hr)

That works out at about £170 each per month.
