Double bedroom w/ ensuit bathroom in nine elms

Hi! I have a double room with ensuit bathroom and built in wardrobe available to rent in a 2 bed flat in Nine Elms, in between Vauxhall and Battersea Power Station. I am looking for a female flatmate who shares the interests I have listed, preferably doesn't work from home frequently. I am 32, work in fitness and like to have a chilled week. At the weekend, I like to socialise with friends, and enjoy going out for wine or cocktails. The room is available 30th July and the contract is 12 months with an option to extend. The only furniture included in the room is the bed. The total bills are roughly £170 a month. More photos of the living area / kitchen to follow.
