We’re Luke & Alivia - on the hunt for our new flatmate from early September (move in date Saturday 7 Sept).
About the flat:
Modern, clean flat share located in Clapham Junction 8 mins walk from the station.
3 beds, 2 baths - double room available with shared bathroom (with 1 male).
Open plan kitchen and living area.
West facing for beautiful sunsets on the balcony.
£1150pcm + bills.
Bills to be split equally 3 ways (electricity, water, internet & council tax ~£120 each pcm. We would agree whether we continue with having a cleaner and the regularity of that with the new housemate).
Underground, off street parking is available.

About us:
Luke is a 30 yo professional male working in finance, who enjoys working out at Barry’s and live music.
Alivia is a 31 yo professional female, working in healthcare consulting. I enjoy playing football and swimming in my spare time. Big fan of good coffee and good wine!

We are a responsible, easy going household. We’re pretty chill during the week, busy with work, sport and social lives. We’re looking for someone who is a neat, tidy professional with previous experience living in flat shares, enjoys a chat in the evenings or up for cracking a bottle of vino on a Friday night unwinding after a busy week. Equally happy to live with someone independent who enjoys doing their own thing, but would be nice to integrate a new housemate into our home. Very understanding and conscious that everyone needs their own privacy, space and time to unwind.
