Newly Refurbished Penthouse with a Terrace

Hi!

I'm looking for 2 other people to join me and my girlfriend in this spacious and newly refurbished penthouse including new floor in the rooms, living room/kitchen and terrace (photos where taken before on the adjoining penthouse similar to this one),

The flat is consisting of 2 en-suite double bedrooms and 1 small double bedroom with it's own toilet, amazing kitchen and living room and a very nice balcony with views. It's a top floor penthouse.

We are looking for 2 other people to rent the other en-suite double bedroom and the small double bedroom.

Bills are around £80 to 120 p/month p/person on average (including council tax).

The property is very close to supermarkets, pubs and bars and also very close to the Clapham Junction train station. The area is very beautiful with a lot of places to visit and go for walks/drinks.

Note:
The landlord will soon decide the new rent and put it in the market via the agency. So for now, the £3800 for the new rent is a guideline given by the agency (which is going to share soon the market valuation for this flat).
