DOUBLE ROOM CLAPHAM JUNCTION – Available December 1st✨

We’re looking for a third girl to join our Clapham Junction house from Dec 1st. This will be a name change on the lease which ends at the end of May 2025 (six months) with opportunity to renew.

The Room:
- Furnished double bedroom with drawers, wardrobe, storage cupboard and space for a desk if needed
- Loads of natural light, with a window overlooking the garden.
- £1000 per month plus bills (under £100)

The Location:
- 2 minute walk to Clapham Junction station
- 30 second walk to bus stop
- 5 minutes to Northcote Road, as well as Asda, Lidl, M&S, Waitrose, Whole Foods, Tesco, Sainsburys
- Less than a 20-minute walk to Clapham Common and Battersea Park.

The House:
- A cozy and friendly space with a fully equipped kitchen; with a dining table, dishwasher and brand new washing machine, a living room, and two bathrooms (one with a bath/shower and toilet, the other with just a toilet).

You’ll be living with me, a 24 year old Pilates instructor from Australia, and Ammie, a 27 year old Auditor from South Africa. We both love running, a good night out, and also appreciate each other’s space and some down time.

We’re looking for someone around 23-30 who will fit our vibe. You will need to pass referencing, be earning ~30k or have a UK based guarantor.
