Bills: £100-150 (gas, electric, council tax, wifi, water) we are in the Wandsworth borough so we have cheap council tax!
Clapham Common is at the end of the street and in pretty equal walking distance from both Clapham junction and Clapham Common. Bus stops at both ends of the street.
Sadly our current flatmate is moving away so we must fill her room! The ideal move in date is 1st January 2025 but can be a little bit flexible. Rent is due on the first of every month.
We have a great landlord who is chilled and will have the move in process done quickly!
The contract ends on the 15th June 2025 but we usually can extend this as done previously if you would like to stay longer.
We have a new boiler installed and a new heating system and our bathroom, hallways and kitchen have recently been painted.
Myself and Hazel have lived in the flat for 4 years and have made the flat home! Looking for someone with the same mindset 😊 We love to do things together but also very much so have our own lives too and respect each others space.
We are both professionals one in the city and the other in the health and leisure sector. Our landlord won’t be accepting any students. Must be working full time!
