Cozy double room in Clapham Junction, on St Johns Hill so only a short 7 min walk away from the train.

The room is a double with windows looking out to St John’s Hill and comes with wardrobe and drawers etc. £850 give or take £10 pending time of year with bills.

The Flat:
Amazing location with lots of local coffee spots, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms in walking distance. There is a local Sainsbury's 2 mins down the road as well, and a bigger Asda and Sainsburys 10-15 minute walk. It’s a safe area, and we are right on the main road so there are always people around!

Surrounded by parks on either side with Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Battersea Park all a short walk away, perfect for the summer months.

The flat has a large kitchen and lounge area with a separate bathroom and toilet. There is also a small balcony off the kitchen door.

Flatmates:
We are a friendly bunch and a sociable flat share.

Stacey is from NZ and is a retail Store Manager, who has been in London for 6 years. In her spare time she likes to go for a run, catch up with friends and binge any show on Netflix.

Harriet is from the UK and works at London Zoo. She’s always up for a Netflix binge and wine on the sofa. .

We both love travelling and enjoy the occasional flat dinner, pint together or family movie night in the lounge. Very rarely you’ll find all of us at home at the same time but when we are we are up for a chat. We also happily do our own things as well.

The real estate reference checks are quite strict so you need to ensure you can pass these, no students unfortunately and you must have a job earning over £28k. We are all 30-37 in age so will only consider applicants over 28+.

The room needs to be filled by 13th July.
