Description
We are looking for a friendly housemate to take over a small double room. The home is closely situated to Clapham Junction, with great transport links. You will be the fourth housemate, sharing with a British couple and an Aussie gal.
Ideally we are looking for someone:
- aged 28+ to match the current housemates
- clean, friendly and sociable
- working professional
The room is available on the 14th of November. Monthly rent is £730 with bills coming to an additional £100 (roughly).
Please note, due to the size of the room it is not suitable for couples or people working from home full time.
