Room in flat by Wandsworth Common

We have a room available in the Lane Court block of flats on Bolingbroke Grove. The flat is 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Common Station which has trains to Victoria that take 12 minutes, or a 20 minute walk to Clapham junction. It is also roughly 15 minutes walk to either Balham or Clapham South tube stations on the northern line.

Available to move in from start of December (exact date tbc)

Bathroom will be renovated during November, but I’ve included a picture of it currently to give an idea of size.

Council Tax Band D, bills not included but are usually slightly under £100 per person (including council tax)

Flat has a balcony, small shed space outside and a shared garden with the rest of the block, as well as easy access to Wandsworth common.

There is a small Sainsbury’s 10 minutes walk away or a short bus journey to Lidl.

Room is available subject to income referencing.

Current tenants: we sometimes work from home and the room will have a desk available should you need it - happy to meet prospective tenants before moving in.
