The flat:

Its a new build. 8th floor with a gym included.
One bathroom and it comes unfinished but there is currently fully furnished, so that will need to be sorted out with the current flatmate moving out.
Both large bedrooms with king sized ottoman beds. Electic cooker, large bath, large storage. Very safe building with great views and a balcony and a communal roof terrace.

Rent and Bills:

Rent is £1290 each per month.
Deposit is around £1200 each.
The bills are another circa £150 on top (total divided by 2; council tax £150 total, gas £70, wifi £40, hot water £50).

Location:

Its in a really nice area right near the US embassy. Lots of coffee shops and Sainburys and Waitrose both within walking distance. 6 min walk to Nine Elms station (northern line) 10 mins to Vauxhall station (victoria line and trains). Under 20 mins walk to the power station. 10 walk to the river thames. Close to Battersea Park. Its a pet friendly building.

Current flatmate:

Me. Just turned 29. Im Irish, from Dublin. I work as a corporate lawyer and go into the office around 3 days per week. I work late, travel a good bit, go to the gym and run alot. I meet friends on weekends. Hoping for someone simiar. Gals and gays only to apply please!
