Single room in clean home in safe cul de sac

I have a beautiful downstairs room which is bright, airy and furnished with the washroom upstairs. The home is in a safe area at the end of a cul de sac with lovely neighbours who look out for each other. The atmosphere in the home is calm and relaxed and we all observe cleanliness and respect each others space. Am looking for a female to complete our little “family”.
