Double room with own bathroom in nine elms

Hi! I have a bright double room with its own bathroom and access to balcony, in a modern 2 bed flat in Nine Elms, walking distance to Vauxhall and Nine Elms station.

The room is available 30th May, the current contract ends beginning of July with an option to extend.

I'm moving out, and my flatmate who is staying is female works in engineering and keeps it chilled in the week. On the weekends, she likes to socialise with friends, and enjoy going out for wine or cocktails.

The only furniture included in the room is the bed and dark wardrobe. The total bills are roughly £170 a month.
