Double room off lavender hill

Hi, I'm Zara and am looking for a flatmate to share a two bed flat off Lavender Hill with me and my cat (I'm not the landlord).

We're about 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction, Clapham Common, and Wandsworth Road Station. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and co-op all within five minutes, and the neighbours are nice and fairly quiet.

The room is fairly spacious with lots of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower, and open plan kitchen/living room area. Kitchen equipped with standard oven, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, and I have a food processor and Kenwood mixer too. There is also a balcony which has a view over Battersea Power Station and the city.

• Rent is £1,100
• Bills not included but usually £90-£120
• Parking available outside but does require council permit
• Potential for twice monthly cleaner if wanted
• Contract would require four weeks notice for moving out but no responsibility to find a replacement
• Accommodating landlord

About me:
I'm 30, a research analyst working in the office 3 to 5 days a week. I have lots of 'grandma' hobbies, like to bake, buy too many books, and am mostly vegetarian (but don't mind living with someone who isn't). Sociable and friendly and once described as easy to live with. I treat my home as space for peace and relaxation, not a party flat. I'm respectful of other people's space and need for quiet alone time. Fairly clean and tidy.

About Piglet (the cat):
Almost two, carnivorous, and unemployed. Not clean or tidy and energetic. Doesn't seem to really like other cats.

Ideally looking for professional female who wants to be friends not just flatmates, but also happy doing own thing. Would also be great if you're happy to look after Piglet when I am away (which isn't very often).
