The house is in a great location, 30 seconds from the common, less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham South station. Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and Balham are also all within walking distance. All the shops and restaurants of Northcote Road are only a 10 minute walk away and the green space of the common is at the end of the road.

The house has a large shared living room and a spacious kitchen with an attached garden that’s great in summer! You would be living with 2 girls and 2 boys who are all working professionals with a mix of working from home and going into the office. We like to socialise together whether that’s a trip to the pub, going to events, watching films or just a chat in the kitchen. At the same time, we all have our own friends too and are happy for everyone to have their own space.
