Double Room Clapham Common/Battersea Rise

My lovely flatmate has just bought her own place, so I'm on the hunt for someone to take her room **Monday–Friday** in our two-bedroom flat, just off Clapham Common (North Side).

The flat is split over three levels. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor, your bedroom and bathroom are on the second, and my bedroom and bathroom are on the third, so there's a nice amount of space and privacy.

The living room is particularly spacious and comes fully furnished. The bedroom is unfurnished, apart from a chest of drawers, so you can make it your own.

The location is brilliant – around a 15-minute walk to both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common stations, with loads of great coffee shops, restaurants and, of course, the Common itself right on the doorstep.

**A little about me...**

I'm Amy, originally from Northern Ireland, and I've been living in London for the last three years. I work in PR and spend around three days a week in the office, usually working from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. During the week I'm often out with friends, at the gym or with clients, but I'd love to find someone who's looking for a place that genuinely feels like home during the week rather than just somewhere to sleep.
