Sadly, I'm moving out of the UK at the end of this month, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely room as soon as possible. I've genuinely loved living here, and I'll be sad to leave. it's such a peaceful house in a fantastic location with lovely housemates.

The room is a bright, spacious double on the first floor, right next to the bathroom, making it super convenient. The house has two bathrooms, so there's never much waiting, and the bathroom beside this room is the one with the shower.

The room comes furnished with:

* Desk and office chair (great if you work from home)

* Plenty of natural light throughout the day

There's also lots of storage throughout the house, and the room feels really cosy while still being spacious enough to comfortably work, relax and unwind.

You'll be sharing with a group of friendly, respectful professionals who are all very easy-going. Everyone works full-time and is generally out during the day, so the house has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It's a lovely balance of having people around while still enjoying your own space.

The agency will carry out standard referencing before moving in.
