They are in their early and mid-20s.

The flat was recently redecorated and repainted, so it feels fresh and new. It is kept very clean. So being a person who likes to live in a clean space is important to the other 2 tenants.

The flat has a large reception room with a balcony, a big kitchen, with three bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

The living room has a large balcony that overlooks a private communal garden and Wandsworth Common, providing great outdoor space.

This bedroom is very large with lots of storage space, including built-in wardrobes and an extra room for working.

The flat is in Wandsworth Common, near Clapham Junction and Clapham South. Wandsworth Common Station is a 5-minute walk away, and Clapham South and Clapham Junction are both a 15-minute walk or shorter by bus, which stops just outside the door.
