Buses go from the end of the road to Sloan Sq in 10 mins, Oxford St, Trafalgar Sq or Waterloo. There are loads of great restaurants and pubs and clubs just around the corner as well as Waitrose/Sainsburys etc. You will love living here! 🤩

The lovely people downstairs is part of the selling point, everyone respects each others privacy and wants to get away from the nightmare that house-shares can be, but just don't want to live on their own. The feeling is if we live with like minded people it will be the best of both worlds. Nice people around in an environment that is sociable and relaxed but in a place big enough to escape and have privacy if you want it.
📺 This place has been kitted out with everything you need to make it the perfect home. There are comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV, a dining area for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal, a terrace with patio furniture for soaking up the sun🍷🍹.
Bedrooms have hardwired broadband, double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Huge living room with 2 leather sofas and one is a sofabed, flat-screen with Virgin TV package, inset kitchen fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, granite work-tops with big fridge. 2 Marble bathrooms, one with bath, one with double shower, all with floating loos and monoblock taps. There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. It has 2 roof terraces with deck lighting and amazing views across London.
The double rooms have comfy mattresses. Built-in wardrobe, points for hardwired internet (if you don't want to use the wifi) and space for a desk. The top two bedrooms are next to a bathroom (with bath and shower, loo and marble sink) that is only shared with one other (with plenty of storage).
😁 The housemates are keen to find someone who will compliment the already great atmosphere so if you could please message me with a little about yourself, including your mobile number so I can forward this on to the house WhatsApp group. They will then arrange a good time with you to view so you get to meet them and see the house. If you want to take the studio I will ask them if they are happy to have you as a housemate. If everyone is happy you will be able to join this great house in Rush Hill Road.
In any correspondence it is helpful if you include a little about yourself inc. your age, when you would like to find somewhere, how long you intend to stay and a contact number, so I can pass this on to your potential housemates.
