Hi! This is a gorgeous 2-bedroom flat, split over two levels, which makes it feel like a house as opposed to a flat! It has a massive, beautiful garden perfect for sun-bathing, BBQs and especially during COVID times!! Bills: rent does not include bills. All the bills such as council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, cleaner who comes every alternate week are approx. £100- £110/- maximum per month depending on the season.

Area:- There is a mix of local independent and high street stores and shops. Big Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldi, Boots, TKMaxx are just 5-10 walk from the flat. Wandsworth Common park, Tooting Bec park, Clapham South, Balham leisure Centre are all within 8-10 mins so perfect for those into running & fitness.

About me: i have been living in London for several years now. I am neat, and like to keep the place clean but I am not obsessive, and looking for same. I work full time in media and public health. I am usually busy with work, but always up for a chat, drink/take away at the end of a long day. Weekends usually I like going for a run as there are 3 beautiful parks in neighbourhood, do yoga/meditate, hit local pubs/cocktail bars. I am respectful of other people’s need for privacy.
