One Month Sublet

I’m going away from 4th - 31st March and am looking to sublet my room.

Preferably a female (to keep the balance). Mid to late 20s, or early 30s and full time employed.
The other flatmates are three aussies. One couple and one single. All mid to late twenties, working full time.

We’re a pretty social bunch. Like to have a yarn after work and hang out in the kitchen while we cook. Maybe have a glass of red and watch some tv together.

We’re also quite house proud people so looking for someone who doesn’t mind cleaning up after themselves.

5 minute walk to clapham south station. About ten mins to balham. Lovely quiet tree lined street.

Sainsburys at the end of the road for a quick late night snack or a big Tesco next to clapham south or big sainsos in Balham.
