Double bedroom, SW12

Our flatmate Chloe is sadly moving back to New Zealand, so me (Kirstyn) and Sara are looking for a new flatmate to take over her room. The room is a double bedroom and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

We’re located on Nightingale Lane. Clapham South and Balham tube stations are a short 15 minute walk away. Clapham common and Wandsworth common are nearby as is Northcote road.

Neither of us work from home. I’m a physio and Sara is a nanny. We’re both very sociable and love a catch up in the kitchen or in our super cosy sitting room. The flat comes with Sara's cat, Mavis. A shy but sociable Maine coon. We have our own garden and a lot of storage in the flat for our extra stuff, and a shed out back. Bills are not included in the rent but are usually around £100-120per month and includes electricity/gas, water, broadband and tv licence and also council tax.
