The flat is in Clapham park, with about 12 minute walk to Clapham South and 15 to Balham station which has a direct overground to Victoria. Balham high street has all the shops you need (including Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots) and the Big Tesco is only a 15 min walk at Clapham South.

The double room available has a double bed with drawers below, plenty of storage, as well as extra storage around the flat. We also have a living room, a cute little balcony and a separate toilet and shower which is handy for those working week mornings.
We are lucky to have a dishwasher, air-fryer aswell!

You will be living with Sophie (26, working as an accounts manager for a start up) and Sophie (27, working as a civil servant occasionally working from home)

We both enjoy doing classes/running together and going out for food and going out on the weekends

The rent is £845 a month and bills are approx £90-110.
The tenancy is from 8th Feb with the possibility to move in earlier if needed.
