We are looking for a lovely girl to take over a room in a warm and welcoming 4-bedroom house in Clapham South. One of our lovely housemates is moving to Australia and needs someone to take her spot!

📍Location:
Clapham South - just 10 minute walk to Clapham south station (7 minute speed walk) or 15 minutes to balham station! The Common is less than a 10 minute walk down the road, with access to Sainsbury’s, Tesco and northcote road also within short walking distance!

🛏️ The Room:
This bright king room comes fully furnished with:
* King bed
* Bedside table
* Large built-in wardrobe

You'll have a bathroom all to yourself! A luxury in London!

🏠The House:
A beautiful, fully furnished 2-storey flat with:
* Spacious open-plan kitchen
* Stunning lounge, dining room
* On-street permit parking available with permit
* Non-smoking

👯‍♀️The Housemates:
You'll be sharing with three social, tidy and friendly girls aged 28-30 - sociable but respectful of each other's space and routines, with the regular joint binging of reality tv, Tuesday wines and lunchtime walks. We all work hybrid in corporate roles.

💸Rent & Dates:
* Rent: £1,250 per month, to be paid prior to the 8th
* Bills: Approx. £90
* Deposit: £1,125
* Move-in: 19 September 2025
* Tenancy: until November 2026.
* Required to pay £834 (cover rent from 19 September until 8 October) and deposit prior to moving in
* Subject to name change, references and landlord approval.

We are looking for a female housemate who is:
- Late 20s/early 30s
- a professional (sorry students!) also working hybrid
- clean and respectful

- No pets
