3 Month Sublet from Sept-Nov in Balham

Sublet from 5 September - 28 November.

Cost of room is £875 per month all bills included (but minus a week for the last month)

Current flat:
House is in between Balham, Clapham, and Streatham Hill so lovely area. It's a 3 bed flat, 1 bath with a nice kitchen, living room, and garden area. The area is really quiet and residential, there are lots of families including one above.

I am going traveling so looking to rent out my room while away. I'm storing some of my stuff under the bed but will clear everything else away of course.

What I'm looking for:
- 30s+ aged professional
- Quiet as residential area
- No work from home or hybrid
- Dates can be somewhat flexible but not earlier than 5 September or later than 28 November
- Please note there is a weekly cleaning rota for the flat so you'd have to be on board with that

Both other flatmates smoke but outside so really not an issue (I'm not a smoker and I don't even notice).

I adore my flatmates so want to make sure the person is a good fit.

We're going to do viewings/interviews w/c 20 July.
