The room -
The room comes with a brand new, very comfy Sueno bed with excellent underbed storage. There’s a double fitted wardrobe with floor to ceiling storage. There is an additional built in cupboard with bookshelves. Built in TV to watch from bed. Solid wood floor. East facing for morning light and a generally bright and airy room.

The flat -
A very modern ground floor flat with garden area and outdoor seating. Comfortable and high-end living room. Large smart TV with Sonus sound system. Big American style fridge/freezer wth water cooler and ice maker. Dishwasher/washing machine/dryer. Bathroom with bath, rainfall shower and twin sinks. Separate loo. Under floor heating in bathroom and kitchen.

The area -
Barnes is a leafy, riverside suburb of London with a calm village vibe (duck pond/pubs) but with fantastic transport links for all the buzz London has to offer. Enjoy riverside runs, the farmer’s market, and Richmond Park as the ideal counter to city working.

About us -
We are 3 doctors who can keep slightly strange hours. We are all girls. Sarah and Gemma are a married couple (both 28) and Emma is our good friend. We love our flat - it’s a real haven for us and we keep it extremely clean to come home to.

What we’re looking for -
We would love a friendly, calm, and clean young professional to join our cosy home. No need to be LGBT yourself (though the more queers the merrier!) but you must be LGBT friendly.

Please note that the room is available as a sublet room within the flat, rather than as part of a flat share. Whilst the communal areas are shared for activities there is no availability for storage in these areas, or for the accommodation of additional furniture.
