Double Room in SW13

Hi! I’m moving out of my double room in Barnes Bridge (Zone 3) and looking for someone to replace me around early September but can be flexible.

You will be living with two flatmates Tristan and Cami. Cami works in social media management and Tristan works in sports events management. The vibe in the flat is good and they’re both friendly and sociable. They are pretty busy and have their own schedules but always happy for a chat. Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.

The flat itself is spacious and modern, with a big living room, kitchen, bathroom and smaller outdoor balcony. In terms of location it’s a 2 min walk from Barnes Bridge Station, directly opposite a bus stop, and about a 10 min lime to Hammersmith Station for the tube. The flat is directly on Barnes high st with M&S downstairs and a good selection of pubs, restaurants, and charity shops. The room is big enough to fit a desk if required.

Bills are around £140 pcm including council tax. We also pay for a cleaner who comes for 2 hours every week which is £66 each a month.
