I enjoy walking, cycling, tennis, squash, yoga and I love to cook. I'm looking for someone who wants to enjoy a home and not just lock themselves in a room. I love my coffee and enjoy the odd glass of wine and share dinner, but this isn't a party flat. I'm also respectful of people's space and the need for time alone.
THE ROOM:
4.3m x 2.6m bright double bedroom with French windows that overlook a courtyard garden. A very comfy double bed with headboard, Very tall 1m wide wardrobe with 2 hanging rails and a 1.2m wide chest of drawers. Bedside cupboard and 2 dimmable reading lights. There is also 90cm wide desk, mirror, shelves and a chair. There is a 32" Sony Smart TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime. 2 blinds, one diffuses the light and one is a blackout roman blind.
PRIVATE BATHROOM:
A modern bathroom with a double ended bath, a rain head and hand held shower - the water pressure is amazing! I've also installed curved shower curtain which won't cling to you when your singing in the shower. Wall hung toilet. There is a heated LED mirror cabinet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating - PLEASE NOTE the bathroom is NOT en suite, but right next door to the room and for your use only.
LIVING ROOM:
The front room has 2 large comfy sofas, a coffee table and there is a 46” TV with SKY Q and Apple TV complete with 5.1 surround sound system - great to curl up and watch TV or a movie.
HALLWAY AREA:
There is a spot to put down a yoga mat on the heated wooden floor which looks onto the private courtyard and hidden away there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and steam generator iron..

London Waterloo is 23 mins, Clapham Junction 11 mins, Vauxhall 20 mins away from Mortlake Station and Richmond 4mins via South Western Trains which is a 4 minute walk from the flat.
There are multiple bus routes running through Sheen which are a 3 minute walk from the flat. These include the 33 which is a 24 hour service to Richmond where you can connect with the Tube or the 337 to East Putney. The South Circular is at the end of the road and its 25 minute drive to Heathrow. Waitrose is a 3 minute walk away
