The Area:

The flat is located in upmarket East Sheen, on St. Leonard's Road, one of the most desirable roads in the area.

It's a quiet, family area with incredible green spaces all within a short work. It's across the road from a huge Waitrose, and there is a great high road just a few streets away with everything you could need. Some excellent restaurants and lovely cosy pubs.

In one direction you have Barnes Village and Putney, and the other direction is Richmond with all it's amenities including bars and a cinema.

Your flatmate is Sara, a psychology researcher—friendly and easygoing. I’m active (yoga & Pilates) and love art, with a soft spot for gallery and museum strolls. Outgoing but also enjoy quiet time at home. Always happy to share a glass of wine, but equally mindful of your space and privacy.
