One lighty small double room available :)

Sadly, one of our flatmates is leaving the house this month after living here for nearly 3 years to move with his boyfriend outside London.
We live in a semidetached house with two floors in Sheen. it is located between Barnes(just 15 minutes walking, Barnes Bridge 12 minutes and Mortlake 12 minutes)We also got two bus stops just 2 minutes from our door with busses running to Richmond, Putney, Clapham Junction and Tooting. this area is a very greeny and safe area to live in. We have a lovely high street down the road with lots of local lovely shops, coffee shops ,pubs and a big Waitrose just 10 minutes walking.:)
The house is very oldy so that is why the price is low specially for this area but we have decorated and have tried to make it as homie as possible. The house has a lovely living room with doors to the
patio/garden which is nice in the summer. Kitchen is small but has lot of storage enough for all of us. There is only one bathroom but we have managed perfectly. We also have a little spare
room that we use for laundry. There is a mattress just in case we got visits and one basement that we use as a storage for lugagges. etc…
The small room is a lighty room with two windows, a big double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawer(this is inside the wardrobe) However the new person can change this or get rid of all of this and put her own things if she wants it :)(but you will be responsible to do this) this room would suit for somebody who doesn’t have much stuff as the rest of the house is already fully equipped. The price of this room is £320 per month excluding bills plus one month
deposit. Available from 1st of July
Bills are about £150-£180 per month. We (the 4 tenants)are responsable for all the bills including council tax.
You will be living with Brian(37)a lovely irish guy who works in central London. He is a very easy going to live with, very respectful person who loves history and travelling in his free time as hanging out with friends or just chilling at home with a good movie. Brian will leave soon in the summer but once we know the date exactly we will put for rent another room and look for another girl as we wanna make the house more girly.
Lidya(me)(43)a spanish nanny who works in Chelsea and Barnes. I love art and painting, travelling, animals and going out with friends as being at home cooking or watching tv :).
And Maria(30) a lovely girl from Malta who work in F1 and lovel travelling very much. We are very tidy and clean people as respectful with each other space. We can hang out sometimes at home for a nice chat but we are quite independent and have our own life. We all have been living here for a few years so we would prefer somebody who is planning a long stay rather than a temporary :).
We would like our new flatmates to be professional who doesnt work from home as the room is small and we don't use common areas for working(meetings). similar age than us, ideally girls. People who are respectful, super clean and tidy(very important).We got a cleaning rota every week that we follow so we expect the new people to commit with this. We have a cat that sadly is going with Morgan our flatmate but I plan to have a cat so somebody who doesnt have any allergies and is pet friendly is the ideal. People with cats more than welcome(or any other pet to be considered)but ideally cats.

My flatmate and me will do interviews the weekend of 6thand 7th of June. Saturday from about 4/5pm to 8pm and sunday all day from about 12/1pm.
