A beautiful serene double bedroom studio room available with garden access.

With its own entrance, access and views overlooking the garden, it is set within the grounds of a beautiful house in Barnes/East Sheen- Park side.

Easy access to transport links. It's a stone throw from Mortlake Station and Barnes Station. Trains run direct into the rest of London. We're a mere 11 minutes to Clapham Junction and just 26 minutes direct to Waterloo by Overground. We are also very near Putney & Fulham is just over Putney Bridge. At Putney Bridge you have access to the District line. With a plethora of buses on your doorstep on Upper Richmond Road as well, you can get all over London in both directions. In the opposite direction, Richmond Park and Kew Gardens is a short distance away, as is the river Thames which has a further array of gastro pubs and restaurants with river views.

On the doorstep just 5 minutes away you've access to all the shops, delis, cute coffee shops, restaurants, sporting activities and 2 gyms to name just a few. Everything from Gail's bakery to Waitrose, Tesco, Boots, WHSmiths etc is there.

The Studio comes with a very spacious, fully equipped and modern bathroom which features a heated towel rail, large shower, good size sink and lots of storage space. Modern WC as standard.

There is a large built in wardrobe which also features a Parisian style Tallboy chest of drawers.

There is a a Drinks station with everything you could wish for - kettle, Nespresso maker etc. In addition, there is access to the main kitchen in the house itself where a Hob, main Oven, Airfryer, Egg poacher, and all that jazz, greets you and a kitchen Island. Within the Studio Room itself, there is a Fridge which even has a little freezer compartment. It's also comes fully stocked with all the appliances you could need, even your cocktail shaker and wine cooler! There is of course, your basics: plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs & utensils in addition to saucepans etc. and the provision of essential condiments which are also supplied- all neatly concealed behind an inviting workstation too.

All the furnishings and fixtures are brand new. A comfy velvet armchair and foot stool with gold legs awaits you where you can relax from your day, with a wall mounted Smart TV should you want it. Table & chairs are also present.

The bedroom area features a Double bed with brand new linen and bedding, and velvet head board. Fitted blinds for privacy but which you can also adjust if you want to let the light in. A coat hook stand to hang coats greets you on entry.

The Studio really does aim to cater for all needs- both practical and with comfort in mind: a place you can relax in.

Heating is electric. And there is High Speed Wifi. All amenites and extras are covered. Everything is brand new as it has just been renovated

There is full access to the garden obviously- which at this time of year, it's idyllic.

Located on a quiet road but within easy access to everything you could want, there are local restaurants and gastro pubs literally not even a stone throw away and just a 5 minute walk to all the local conveniences on Upper Richmond Road.

Brand new towels and ESPA bathroom products are provided in the bathroom. The bed is fitted with Egyptian sheets.

All mod cons throughout the property. Sensor lights welcome you as night falls, so you don't have to worry searching for your keys in the dark.

Parking is also available outside the property should it be needed, free of charge. There is also access to an electric charging station, on site should your car be electric.

The Studio is available on a monthly basis- I'm ideally looking for stays around 4-6 months plus. If you are needing something shorter than that, I'm willing to consider that. It is available on a full time basis but again, I would also consider commuters who are just looking for that 'in the week' stay, if needed. Professionals only.

A 'Welcome Hamper' including culinary delights & household essentials is provided on arrival- bespoke to your personal preferences.

The Garden Studio is also fully cleaned and sanitised between each guest/stay. All bed linen and towels etc are dry cleaned.

Public transport links:
The house is a mere 5-10 minute walk from Mortlake station. 15 minutes to Barnes Station. Plus lots of bus routes within 5 minutes.

Driving: Easy access to motorways & the A3, if driving.

Very near Putney, Fulham and Chelsea as well as Richmond and Kew Gardens. And of course, walking distance to Barnes.
