Description
Hello! I'm Sam, a researcher at Imperial College, and I am (sadly) moving out of this wonderful, inclusive, and friendly flat which I share with two professional orchestral musicians*, James and Alex.
The top-floor Victorian terrace flat is very well located on a desirable and quiet road (with no through traffic) 5 mins walk from Barnes Bridge Station (20 mins from Waterloo) and 10 mins on the bus to Hammersmith Bridge (District Line). Nature/fitness fans will also appreciate being 1 min from the Thames and very close to Barnes Common and Richmond Park!
The room available is huge, clean, bright, and quiet. With space for a large double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a large desk for comfortable home-working. The flat is clean, spacious, and bright throughout; with a large kitchen/diner, bathroom, and garden.
The room would suit a professional or student working in Central or West London, or from home. Bills are approximately £100/month in addition to rent - including superfast broadband! Parking permits are easily available for our road and we are in Council Tax Band B.
Please get in touch if you might be interested or have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
----------------------------------
Furnishings include the bed and mattress, the bookshelf, the bedside table, and the wardrobe!
The landlord asks for TWO REFERENCES!
*Who practice primarily out of the house and wont drive you mad playing classical music from my experience!
