Double ensuite room,Mon-Fri,SW14 nr Richmond

Mortlake, SW14 ~ I have a very spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room and garden views available Monday to Friday.

(Will also consider 3 nights a week)

This would suit someone who works in London during the week and is looking for a comfy and quiet home away from home and would then return to their permanent home on the weekends.
(not suitable for late night party goers)

A small dog is also in residence so must be comfortable with dogs.

The ensuite has a shower and sink (toilet is in the main bathroom). There is space to store some belongings in the bedroom and ensuite.

There is shared use of the lounge, kitchen and garden. All bills included.

I'm very easy going, sociable and enjoy the occasional drink, soaps, dramas and movies.
My last lodger stayed for 4 years, looking forward to welcoming the next one here!

Very close to the river, 10 minutes walk to Mortlake overground train station (zone 3) with direct trains to Clapham, Waterloo & Richmond.

Local buses to Richmond (5 mins), Kew (5 mins), Putney (10 mins).

20-30 minutes by car to Heathrow airport.
