Double room available in a 5 bedroom house on Petersfield rise.

The house consists of two floors. The ground floor has: a good sized kitchen with a storage room, a toilet, a single bedroom & a spacious living room leading on to a medium sized garden. The first floor has 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath/shower sink and toilet.

Buses run outside the house providing good links to Richmond, Putney, Kingston, Hammersmith, Barnes, Mortlake, East Sheen etc
There are local shops just across the road a post office/ Subway/Greg's within 5 mins walk and it is only a 20 minute walk to an Asda superstore.

The are currently 4 tenants living in the house (2 Males & 2 Females) One is a smoker but only smokes outside in the garden. All Housemates are welcoming, respectful and a good laugh to be around.

Bills are not inclusive however split between five people doesn't amount to too much. TV licence has already been paid for.
