Both Roehampton University and Queen Mary's Hospital are just a stroll away. Putney to the west and Richmond to the east are either a bus or cycle ride away. Near the river, the nearest BR station, Barnes is a three-minute walk from the flat, through Barnes Common; 20 minutes commute to Waterloo. East Putney tube is less than seven minutes away.

Richmond Park is an eight-minute walk south. Pubs, gym, supermarkets, post office and a corner shop are all close by. Hammersmith is a 15-minute bus away across the river; Westfields, about 20 minutes. Buses 493, 33, 72 and the N10 pass by the flat outside. Kingston and Wimbledon also have good public transport links. Clapham Junction is 15 minutes on the train or 20 minutes by bus.

Neat, clean and tidy housemate(s) wanted, nothing nazified, just someone able to tidy up after themselves. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy having a laugh. You'd be sharing the flat with a male (teacher), the girlfriend might stay over a couple of times a month, but I generally stay at hers.

We might have a drink or meal together now and again but we’ll just be getting along with our own lives. Would suit someone who would like a home.
