Along with the room the rest of the flat has also just had considerable renovations with damp-proofing throughout, a brand new toilet and shower screen, as well as a new washing machine, boiler, dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a large living room with wide screen TV and BT TV & broadband. We also have a cleaner who comes weekly included in the price. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Barnes, Putney railway into Waterloo in 10 minutes and Putney Bridge (District line) with free parking available right outside the flat. Great area around with lots of green space and the Thames just around the corner.

We are a chilled out bunch who like to go and do our own thing but also like sitting down and watching TV of an evening. We are looking for someone who’s also pretty chilled and up for a laugh. We are all professionals in different creative industries with a range of interests but all very friendly. We have a private landlord who is always happy to invest in the property where needed.
